Unfortunately they no longer have an interest in customer satisfaction, so much so that the last time, having ordered 2 pizzas and dessert from their site, they arrive with a pizza, we point out the situation, they return with the second pizza and no dessert, we point out and the pizza carrier says that they don't pay for the dessert. We call and they tell us, annoyed and arrogantly, that we hadn't even paid for the dessert, then asking for a photo of the receipt, having brought it with the first pizza, we send the photo to the person in charge who magically disappears. This isn't the first episode we've had with them. We ask for a refund with PayPal and never again.

Pessima esperienza. Consegna prevista tra le 21:30 e le 22:00. Chiamiamo intorno alle 22:15 per avere aggiornamenti sulle pizze che ancora non erano arrivate, e ci rispondono che il rider era appena uscito. Il nulla. Richiamiamo intorno alle 22:40 e ci viene detto che si erano sbagliati e che il rider stava uscendo in quel momento. Morale della favola: Arrivano le pizze alle 23:05, fredde. Ci siamo sentiti davvero presi in giro. Mai più
Cozy and clean place, delicious meat and truly exceptional pizza. Very good tiramisu.
We order from this pizzeria at least twice a week (including the order from Deliveroo . This time the pizzas arrive completely upside down, we point it out and they are redone by requesting the first receipts back (let alone eat 2 for free . They arrive AGAIN upside down (even worse than the first ones , the cheese from the 4 cheese version completely poured into the one with lactose-free mozzarella (the person is very intolerant . We call back to point out this fact again (and that they cannot be eaten and we are told that, IF CASE, a discount will be given on the next order. Needless to say, we will never order again.
