Golfinhos - Quarteira

I hate having to put negative comments on here but you need to be aware of what we experienced...had a pretty good meal of fried tuna steaks with onions and rice, good local wine, desserts, coffees, sambucas and brandies...we left satisfied and smiling, the waiter...was chatty and helpful, I tipped him. Negative....when we got back to our apartment I glanced at the bill (total e52.70), fair enough but on checking, I saw that the 2 covers were listed at e2.40, which we always know about, but a small cheese that was on the same cover dish had been charged separately at e2.80! Not exactly the crime of the century but very naughty in my opinion as we were not told this, and it was on the same plate. My fault for not checking before I paid, but we are known in there so I was disappointed and we shall not return. I'm going to put it down to a genuine billing mistake and if the manager replies to this I'll report back to you...just check your bill!

Eating was good, but the waiter. shocking. no atmosphere, rude service. I couldn't be harassed with us. not one for English families.

Eating was really nice, but the service was very bad and no atmosphere at all. the staff was very rude and unhappy. very disappoint not recommend.

Miserable waiter who did not care about their clients. Gave us the wrong pizza. Charged us for the expected complimentary bread and cheese. Would not recommend.

Looking for some new place to eat in Quarteira , it was my 5 visiting in Town,Give a chance to them Oh ear oh dear -such a Shame! Family of four table set incomplete , couvert on the table without order but that's...fine, We wait for 2 pizza 1 pasta and salad 45 min ,was only one other table with us.Pizza under cooked taste like cheese was off or somethink,then carbonara luke warm on some milky way done sauce very strange taste with sausage (mortadela) or other was round wasnt a Bacon no way and sałaty like a sea.Now cherry on cake- seafood salad- lettuce with one smells and looks like some one just grab IT from bunnys Cage with 4 sliced tomatoes 2 chipped seafood stocks and 6 prawns no joke .Now waiter walk pass to clean the table and Ask me by accident did we finish do i point this all issues but i got my full bill for our un eated Dinner . Really feeling sick after this awfull meal,service and complaints procedure. If you have a chance go else Where or get shot and walk pass this place. Never again!
