The staff dont understand English very well after i told him my order three times he still got it wrong.then one guy tried to overcharge me until I let him know I was not stupid.

My drink was horrible and not to mention my food was completely missing from my order which I paid for and then even with going back as I’m in the store to tell them she tells me she can’t call her manager because they won’t answer her. So in an emergency they don’t answer ??? Just stay away from this location because I will continue to drive to the location near Stevenson university where I never have problems with my order.

Service has always been very good, polite and accurate.

I was so looking forward to the toasted bagel and cream cheese, and I was a bit disappointed this time. The hot drink was very good and very tasty and the cup was gigantic. Now, one orders from a screen and gets a number and they announce the number when they fling the stuff on a trolley where food goes, but I don’t understand Spanish, so I had to look at the numbers on every bag to match mine. We got chocolate donut holes which were the typical taste; I don’t know why I didn’t order a real donut…. Oh- because Mrs. Place ordered that- and another thing- the screen only showed 8 tires of Donnie’s but when I collected the food at the window, I saw back there is the preparation area the classic racks and bins of over 20 varieties- Hoe do they expect to sell it if it’s not on the screen? It was a day of torrential rain and there were at least 10 Spanish speaking construction workers there who had been drenched from the rain and the dirt and the mud. So the place was very very crowded, and a worker was trying to sweep the floor around all of us. As stated, there’s almost no place to sit, so we ate out in the car in the horrendous rain. Sorry- no photos of this. WAS IT WORTH THE PRICE? Yes ADVICES Go if you are a kosher observant person interested in tasting this patented brands need product. As for me, I won’t be going back on my next trip.

They never make my drinks how I order. It’s like they don’t bother to read how u want the drink. I ordered oatmilk got reg milk and the coffee tasted burnt. They always forget the whipped cream. They barely stir when you order a matcha. I’ve tried to give more than one try but it’s a fail everytime at this location!
