Bidra med feedbackThis subway is always awful not only did the lady dpuble charge me for a kids meal because apparently she only heard one meal. But i had to fight for my own receipt to prove it? What kind of awfullness is that? Appalled by the service here and the speed of sandwhich production.
First, I noticed a man in front of us getting yelled at by a rude and unpleasant worker named Lorraine when he was trying to place his order. When it was my mother's turn, I attempted to speak on her behalf, but Lorraine interrupted me, insisting that she would help my mother directly. The problem is, my mother doesn't speak English very well, which left her confused and frustrated. Lorraine ended up misunderstanding my mother's order, although it was actually quite clear and I was there to assist her. After I quickly asked my mother if she wanted anything else, Lorraine let out an annoyed sigh. I found that incredibly upsetting. It felt like I was being yelled at by this worker, and my mother was left feeling irritated and upset by the whole experience. Do yourself a favor and skip this place; go to a Subway or Fort Belvoir instead. The Metro in Quantico is simply not worth it unless you want to feel disrespected and neglected.
The woman at the counter was quite rude. She assumed I was from California when I asked for jalapeños and Sriracha, but I'm actually from Arizona. I didn’t bother to correct her. Then she proceeded to criticize my sandwich, claiming it lacked flavor and insisting she preferred “real” food. Honestly, I don't take food advice from someone working fast food. Just make my sandwich and focus on your job. The sandwich was a bit spicy, but not the kind of spicy that would be a problem later on.
Why is this place still in business? The customer service is absolutely terrible. The staff sneakily adds meat to dishes that are supposed to be vegetarian and are quite arrogant when asked about spicing options. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
