Papa Johns Pizza - Quantico

I am only giving this restaurant a low rating to warn others. A young individual arrived at 1:30 PM and acted entitled. This is not a cafeteria, so please calm down and change your dirty white boots.

Despite the numerous 1-star reviews, our experiences at this restaurant have all been positive. Whether dining in or getting pizzas delivered, we have always been satisfied with the service. I would like to give special recognition to Marilyn. When a family member with gluten intolerance visited, I had some concerns about ordering a gluten-free pizza from Papa John's for the first time. I called and Marilyn patiently answered all my questions, reassuring me about the precautions taken to avoid cross-contamination. She even personally made the gluten-free pizza and followed up a few days later to ensure everything went well. Considering that Papa John's is not a dedicated gluten-free establishment, accommodating allergies and sensitivities can be challenging. However, thanks to Marilyn's efforts, our family member had no adverse reactions after eating the pizza. Marilyn truly went above and beyond to ensure our safety, and we are grateful for her exceptional service.

The food met expectations, but the staff seemed indifferent.

Don’t waste your time never had pizza ready and girl with glasses seems to careless. They have a tip sign says our cooks need dough. How about our cooks need a new job? Make some pizza to put out so customers can get food on time not in ur time. Stay away.

Called and ordered 3 pizza’s to be delivered to the tbs side of base. 2 hours later they deliver the pizza to the main side of base. By the time the food made it to us, it was as cold as pulling it out of the fridge the next morning. This was after calling them an hour later after ordering and making sure they knew where the address was on the west side of base.
