Bidra med feedbackThe name of the restaurant may sound a bit pretentious to name this small corner very close to the lake, with tables and low chairs and as table plastic and sticks, but the speciality is one of the most delicious dishes I have tried in the twice that I have visited vietnam. The truth is that we have not repaired on the site, since there are only locals on the tables and there are no cards in sight, but we were lucky that our Vietnamese friend leandra, would have promised to take us to try all the typical haoi food and it was one of the sites along with the special egg coffee. the dish is called nom chim rai, a kind of rice pasta empanadillas like jelly, full and powdered with peanuts and a sweet sauce. the drink that sticks to the dish is the chanh of the tra, a lime or kumquat tea, a small orange sweetened with sugar. delicious.
