Just gotta say... cool chef, great waitress and awesome food at a reasonable price! You feel the warmth, and I ain't talking just about the food! Had the biscuits, gravy, bacon and eggs...a nice big breakfast portion! Creamy gravy and freshly-made biscuits. Everything was good... everything was fresh! Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood... a relaxing place to hang out and enjoy some biscuits and gravy, burger, sandwich, fries, etc..! I'll be going back for more great food and service! THANKS Arkansas Diner!

Soul food that heals the broken soul! Great food. I recommend the bacon, chili, cheese bowl. Looking forward to try their menu items.

Right price, right atmosphere, right food, right place when you need a genuine American breather! Landis' own recipe for barbeque sauce and it's very, very good. Can't wait to go back and work my way farther down the menu though I'm tempted to just ask for a pulled pork barbeque sandwich and lemonade again!

I don't usually post about food but I had to make an exception for Arkansas Diner. Today I had the bacon chili cheese bowl with a handmade biscuit hiding under all that goodness. Although it looks simple enough, the taste is absolutely PHENOMENAL! Many people aren't aware of what traditional American food is because so much of it is just modified versions of other countries' foods. Also, McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut all do the US a great disservice in representing what is delicious in the states. The Arkansas Dinner also has a catfish special on the weekend which I MUST go try on Saturday!

On a recent trip to Kaohsiung I tried both locations of the Arkansas Diner (once for brunch, once for dinner). The food and ambiance were great, and the American owner from Arkansas is very friendly. Will definitely be going back the next time we're in Kaohsiung!
