I went to Mosburger in Japan and had a beef patty between rice. It was a disaster because the rice stuck to my fingers and fell apart easily. Gojima’s fixed that by making the rice crispy and adding a layer of seaweed and I thought it worked well. The beef was good, just a little chewy and very thin which may have thwarted their efforts to cook it medium. Great sauce with a distinctly Japanese flavour. The cheeseburger seems fairly expensive for the size but it makes a great novelty.

Ordered the salmon miso Much prefer the cheeseburger, the miso was a bit over powering and the sandwich felt too much like regular sushi rather than a burger.
