Terrible service. as soon as we entered the hall, greeted, the waitress asked to speak more quietly, despite the fact that the music yelled at the whole hall. the girl was extremely impolite, absolutely unfriendly to the guests who came here to have a good time. we wanted to drink coffee, but the desire to drink it disappeared with the first sound of his boorish voice, and then also with the taste of terrible coffee. ordered Baileys coffee for here and americano to go . The girl took the order without saying anything. brought both coffees in cups. we apologized and said that the americano was with us to go , she snapped can you speak Russian ?! that is, when ordering, she did not specify what to go is, but she was glad to snap at us. in short, the place is pleasant, but the waitress spoils any desire to spend time here. I do not recommend this place if you want to relax and chat in a cozy cafe. The taste of coffee is worse than McDonald 's. better go right there, at least there are polite workers! a bonus to everyone who praises this place: payment only in cash !!! they also brought torn money for change Original ужасное обслуживание. как только мы вошли в зал, поздоровались, официантка попросила говорить тише, при том, что музыка орала на весь зал. девушка была крайне невежлива, абсолютно недоброжелательна к гостям, пришедшим сюда приятно провести время. мы хотели выпить кофе, но желание его пить отпало с первым же звуком его хамского голоса, а потом еще и со вкусом ужасного кофе. заказали кофе бейлиз for here и американо to go . девушка приняла заказ, ничего не сказав. принесла оба кофе в чашках. мы извинились и сказали, что американо нам с собой to go , она огрызнулась можете говорить по русски?! то есть при заказе она не уточнила, что такое to go , а нам огрызаться была рада. короче, место приятное, но официантка портит всякое желание провести здесь время. не советую это заведение, если хотите расслабиться и пообщаться в уютном кафе. вкус кофе хуже, чем в Макдональдс. лучше идите сразу туда, там хотя бы вежливые работники! бонус всем хвалящим это место: оплата только наличкой!!! еще и деньги рванные принесли на сдачу

The waitress, Katya, is very friendly and welcoming. A big thank you to her! There's a wide selection of dishes at reasonable prices. The cheese pancakes are incredibly tender, and the portions are generous. The atmosphere is great, with lots of charming little details. The clear floor is a unique and beautiful touch that fits perfectly with the theme. They updated the playlist, and the music is nice and not too loud. I would rate this place a 6 out of 5!
