Starbucks Coffee Co - Puyallup

We had to repeat our order 3 times. Then we finally CHANGED our order..because the woman taking our order just couldn 't get it right. (We just wanted to add extra cream to our drink).Then they forgot our food.When we brought it up to the window.... they said "yeah. We are busy "There is making a mistake....because you 're busy...then there is messing up an ENTIRE order.Putting the cherry on top.... not taking accountability, is ridiculous.

I didn’t want to give any stars. I did a Mobil order and I asked for extra oat milk at the window because it wasn’t filled and the lady told me she couldn’t add anymore because it said 3/4 of the way for oat milk. It was rude of her to tell me she couldn’t add anymore because of what kind of drink I ordered. That is how much of a coffee I got.

They snatched a grilled cheese sandwich my daughter had in her hand to purchase. Like physically grabbed it from her and said they sold it in the drive through and they were now all out. Sorry. Never hear of anything like this happening anywhere. This is insane.

Greeted by the most friendly staff. It's as if I've been coming here regularly the way I was treated. You can tell that the employees enjoy working here and are under good management based on the energy and dynamic. 5/5
