Ricky J's Restaurant And Bar - Puyallup

(2 stars because the cooks, not the service environment)Love love love Ricky js always have but today when I went (3/23/22 around 6 pm) Me my mom both ordered a burning love burger, I asked for bacon on mine our server even wrote it down but it came out without bacon. The toppings were all to one side on both like my pickles were stacked together, my moms burger had literally 4 individual diced tomato squares for the tomato on it, barely any lettuce, the bottoms of the Pattie’s were burnt. Whatever cooks were there clearly don’t care what about what they’re sending out which is pretty inconsiderate considering that people are paying for this I’ve always known the food to be amazing here. Our server was super nice had no problem with him at all he was willing to fix whatever went wrong everytime we come he’s always nice, but whatever cooks were back there today are a literal joke it’s making me question the food here now lol I absolutely love Ricky js but please, the cooks today need some serious help.

This is my daughters favorite restaurant. She calls it Ricky Zooms. This would be a great place to hang out as adults for some drinks but also fantastic for families. My daughter will get up and dance to the music while waiting for dinner she loves to yell when everyone else does for the football games. Always have great service the staff is so friends. They went above and beyond for my daughters birthday with making her a special hot chocolate gave her a few ones to play the claw machine. Oh and the food is always good to!

Loved going to the UFC fights here. They even saved a table for us which was super nice. Lots of TVs for your viewing pleasure (tho a few are not good quality so may have to shuffle around a bit in your spot)Overall we had a good time. Our food got lost but they fixed the problem quickly and we really appreciated our server Paige. She was super kind and helpful!Will be back for future sporting events for sure

The new owner or manager has really drove this place into the dirt. Horrific service, food came out late, overcooked and cold. It is like they forgot to bring it out. When I said something they got rude. Very very disappointed. Me, my kids and grandkids would go here once a month for late breakfast once a month, no more

Have been coming here for over a decade. Love the place. The new owner has their daughter working here and is extremely unprofessional. Would ask if we needed anything then instantly walk away not even a second to respond. She then just left and went home didn't tell us anything. We waited for our food for over and hour. People that came in after is got their food and finished it before we received ours. If she is your waitress I recommend you leave or as for a different server. Worst experience ever.
