4fingers Crispy Chicken Ioi City Mall

Don't order from them. Worst Texas Chicken ever. I've ordered over 1 hour but not even ready for delivery. Better yet to just wait a chicken cracked from an egg rather than waiting for their service.

I used to have my dinner at this branch but nowadays it's very different from the past. The burger is small and the it is not nice. I think they have to arrange the management of this branch as soon as possible At the same time after eating i feel so much pain on my stomach and dizzy i couldn't get enough sleep and unwell i am very sure they have to watch out again on the food Customer service to the staff they have to bring the smile to their face . I wish I could have a burger as it was.

Great time here. The chicken was delicious and big. Love the fries! We enjoyed the free flow drinks and will come back for sure.

The cleanliness is a bit terrible, outside sitting area floor is dirty with tissue and rubbish, a lot of table is leaving with all the left over food packaging with no any staff is cleaning it. The food is overall good, but staff like not so familiar to take order and the attitude is not so good too. First time eating texas with this kind of condition, feel so uncomfortable.

Large crisper was fried very long ago and was very hard to eat. The Mexicana Wrap wasnt as flavourful as other outlet. Free refill drinks machines dispensed out plain ice water instead of the ordered drink. Place is untidy and tables were left with previous food packaging in most tables. One of the water sink isnt working. Very poor maintainence Unhappy customer!!!!
