Sonic Drive-in - Purvis

Buns were soggy no lettuce bad attitude not satisfied.

My daughter picked up food last night and below is a picture of her sandwich! Do better sonic!

Waited 15 minutes for the only public restroom which was occupied by a sonic employee. Once I got access I found the place filthy. Trash and water on the floor and the toilet seat not bolted down and falling off. This employee has a car full of his friends parked just outside the bathroom door where he spent considerable time b s ing with them.Not local but I have never had that kind of bad byexperience at Sonic anywhere.

Sat there for 45 mins presses the red button 3 times because it kept getting deactivated, still never even made it to placing my order. It looked as if there was only one person doing any work, and he looked worn out. The last time I had sonic in Hattiesburg my order was completely wrong. That was my last trip to sonic. Hope this is helpful for someone.

Went to Sonics pulled in one of the bays pushed the lil red button. Said was activated, screen showed where they put your order, didn’t here anybody so just said what I wanted. Screen never changed so pushed button again. Nothing! About 5 mins someone yells out the door that the bay I was at was not working. Ok move to other bay and the gentleman asks what I wanted to order I told him it would be nice if they put a sign on that bay. He said not to disrespectful but I was not gonna tell him what he should or shouldn’t do! I told him he could stick it up his ars! Then I called to speak with a manager and as soon as I ask they hung up on me!! Sooo if you want the wrong food and disrespectful attitude feel free to go to Purvis Sonics!!!
