Papa John's Pizza - Purcellville

Super fast service, and all who work here are very pleasant. one of the hired came to give me my pizza, and kept the door open to me as I went. Sometimes it's the little dinge. kudos to the manager, they hired big employees.

The delivery time was usually on the previous page of the expected time. The drivers were friendly, but the shop customer service could be better, but it could only be the management. I've made more trouble for the drivers by accidentally sending them to the wrong address than they have to do to me.

Apparently this Papa John's has terrible delivery times and thus all the negative reviews; however, I ordered mid-day on a weekday and the order arrived in less than half an hour. Still, that isn't peak time and I'd be wary of the other reviews. There's plenty of other pizza options in Purcellville now.
