Vikram Resto - Pune

I had not expected much when I came to lunch recently, but was pleasantly surprised by the delicious meal plus fine service. The ambience is only so, although harmonious and clean. Diners can choose either an interior or a more external one with a unique shade wall, the sunshine still keep the road from the full view (where I sat). The menu offers a good selection of Indian and Chinese dishes as well as cocktails and alcoholic drinks. I had hot and sour soup and a veg paratha. Apart from the excellent preparation and taste, I was impressed by the beautiful modernist dishes and several tasteful little companions you can see in my pictures below. For those who, like me, have to come to the nearby alien registration office regularly, Vikram is a great place for a meal (and it seems no competitor in the immediate vicinity anyway). The lack of loud music would also make this restaurant a nice choice to come with a friend you really want to talk to.
