Motel Araam, Kottarakara Restaurant

If you are on a long journey with your family, this restaurant is an excellent place to take a break. The food is good, the toilets are clean, and there is a good car parking area. In small towns like this, these amenities are a big plus.

The restaurant offers delicious and flavorful traditional Kerala sadhya. It is situated near a pond, with a walkway on top of the pond that leads to the restaurant.

The restaurant doesn't offer a wide variety of dishes, but each dish is delicious and made with fresh ingredients. There is plenty of parking available and the restaurant is not usually busy. Despite the sign outside, there is no air conditioning. The restrooms are clean, but located outside the main building. The restaurant may be difficult for older individuals to access due to the stairs. Additionally, they have a small vegetable garden next to the restaurant.

One day, that is on last month, me and our boss visited there for lunch but it was a horrible experienc for us. From there we have recieved very poor service. One of our person was attended us after some minutes. Then we told to a service boy that to clean our table. But he brought our food without doing that. Even in service there was no proper order and good behaviour. Finally we were waited for bill also. This was so miserable. We felt wrong for came there. By sankar s. 9946103748

Also ktdc never fails in terms of food quality. their customer service is also good. the restaurant was set up in 1989. So the building is old. the only problem is that their toilets need an upgrade and need to be cleaned more often. lots of parking.
