I come here all the time, The employees are nice and welcoming. The place is pretty cozy, small and has decent AC in the summer, and a good place to sit in when it's winter. Sometimes when you put down an order, usually there would be a chance that your order might get messed up but the chances are pretty low but expect the unexpected, I don't really expect them to get everything right especially on the day of the week. But most of all, This is a decent dunkin to go to especially if you live nearby.

Worst dunkins ever, always messed up the order, place should be shut down or hire new staff.

A few of us old timers gather here every Saturday and Sunday. Our average age is about 68 years old. I personally have a service dog. The manager keeps raising her voice that we keep quiet. A few of us wear hearing aids and do speak louder but not at a yelling level. She scolds up the entire time we are there about noise and that the dog is not allowed. We are consistent loyal customers and she in no way be spoken to like this. Terrible customer service. Now we no longer patronize this location, a sad state indeed.

They are off and on with customer service. But the remember my order and try their best. I feel they are understaffed and not their fault. I go here daily
