El Panorama - Puerto Vallarta

Hice la reservación por este medio y cuando llegamos al restaurante nos dijeron que no tenían la reservación, pero que si nos esperábamos nos daban una mesa, dijimos que estaba bien, nos atendió la hosstes (muy grosera), nos sentó en una mesa en el piso de arriba, (casi en la cocina), si eres mexicano, no vayas, el trato es pésimo para los locales, cuando tuve oportunidad le pedí al mesero que nos cambiara de mesa, la comida tardo mas de 1 hora en llegar y la carne llegó cruda, no regresaría

The main reason to go here is the spectacular view, especially at sunset. The restaurant is attractive, but the service was so slow! It took over a half hour to get our drinks. Then a very long wait for our food, which was mediocre at best! We had one menu for 4 people. We’ve been here before, had similar experience. May not go back.

Service was particularly slow. It seemed we waited a long time between courses. Food was good, but service level is really slipping. We like relaxed dinners but this was unreasonable.

Such beautiful service! So respectful and friendly and refined! 2 of the 3 of us had our meal cooked at the table which was super fun and very tasty high quality food! We were seated by the window and it’s such a spectacular view and sunset! We finished eating by 8:30 and they didn’t mind at all that we waited until 9 to see the Pirate ship fireworks! It was a super exciting and fun experience!
