Bonito Kitchen - Puerto Vallarta

I have now tried over half of their menu and can honestly say it is all superb! I love ethnic foods of all varieties, but Asian is my favorite. Bonito Kitchen does an incredible job covering a wide assortment of flavors in their small plate menu and regional selections for their weekly soup selections. I must say the Pho is my favorite though!! Desserts are unique and hit the spot, and the drink menu is flat out stunning. I 'm not a big 'drinker ' and feel so grateful to have so many delicious non-alcoholic options! Oh and the Boa sandwich is also mouthwatering! I 'm sure I could keep going, so let 's suffice it to say that if you are craving something that doesn 't come in a tortilla, this is the place to go!

I had the ramen yesterday for the first time at this restaurant and it was AMAZING! The broth was filled with flavor. I also had the chicken wings and I couldn't stop eating them. To top my meal off I had the blueberry lemonade which was perfect on a hot day! I'll be back!

Bonito Kitchen is one of the best restaurants in PV, with great design, friendly staff, and huge menu. However, I wish their servings were bigger. For the current prices it seems to me that the portions are small. Another point would be that I often feel like I am rushed out of the restaurant when I’m dining, I am glad they are busy, but I don’t want to feel like I need to rush. Overall, a lovely experience and I will go again!
