Excellent hotel, quality service, food is extraordinary and the place is a museum with its history of life. The guides are of excellent quality and much knowledge. The views are impressive, it is recommended 100%. The best hotel in Puerto Natales.

Very expensive everything and very little but attention very good

We went there to visit the museum and have a drink at the bar as we wanted to get an opinion if we were to return to this hotel (there were no more rooms available. First we were told to come back later because it was checked in time. (3 o'clock). At 4 p.m. we were told that it is not possible to have a drink or visit the museum. The staff was so friendly that we certainly don't come back to this place. Sure it is a 5* hotel, but with this setting we stay somewhere else.
