Kiosco Las Naves - Puerto del Rosario

My wife and I had a drink here the other week and as it was cheap decided to have lunch here this week, (at the time of writing, it is listed as being in Corralejo but is actually in Puerto del Rosario). Whilst the drinks are a very reasonable price, we found that the food was not, especially for a little cafe on an industrial estate. We had Russian salad (media racion), garlic prawns and goat meat stew. For drinks we had a coke, dorada sin and a coffee. The bill was over 29 euros. OK, the goat meat and prawns were probably two of the dearer items on the menu (incidentally painted onto the table tops but no prices shown). €8 for the prawns, which are about €10 a kilo in mercadona (and bigger), and €11 for the goat stew. Not impressed, OK for drinks but we won't be eating here again.

Our group of friends had a delicious lunch at this very simple but very cosy and friendly place. Good wine, perfect quality of the food and a nice atmosphere is all that one can want for a nice lunch.

Es un restaurante de menú del día de los que ya no quedan, comida casera de la Isla, buen producto y buena elaboración sin pretensiones pero todo muy bueno, las camareras muy atentas y muy amables, Menú del día primero, segundo, postre y café menos de 13€ Mejor imposible.
