Suehiro Japanese Restaurant - Pueblo

That's a tough guy. My family goes out to eat once a year for my little sister who makes his birthday. We only go to a special place of our family and this place goes beyond and beyond to ensure that we have a good time. The cook always illuminates the mood and makes amazing funny things and lets us interact with him. Steak and shrimp were brilliant.

We always loved Suehiro, it's the best sushi in Pueblo. We were very happy to see that the new property did not affect the amazing food or the impeccable service. Recommend this place for Sushi and Hibachi!

Great experience, best food in pueblo. Our sum was $70 for 2, which we find reasonable for Hibachi. Kanoah was careful to interact with everyone at the table. Make sure you make reservations if you want the hibachi barbecue experience. Family belonged to any member who was cool.

This place was amazing. The food was amazing and so was the atmosphere. My husband brought me here for the anniversary and it was definitely worth it. The cook was super friendly, he talked to me and my husband and the couple who was at the table with us all the time. I wish I had a picture of our meal, we ordered the chicken and shrimp, but we were so fascinated in conversation that I didn't want to be rude. We also ordered a California Roll and a Las Vegas Roll and they were so good, then we had Mochi for Dessert, and I never really liked it, but this was delicious. We will definitely come back!
