The air conditioning dripped all over the carpet, which was wet from the prior guest, leaving a moldy stench in the room. The shower drain was clogged with hair and wouldn’t drain. There were dirty bootprints on the bathroom tile. The wifi didn’t work. We tried two different rooms and the second room had the same issue. The breakfast buffet is cheap and disgusting. Upon checkout, we were charged 25% more than we had expected, and when we questioned the price and asked to pay the fee we expected, the hotel staff told us it was our fault that we were being charged that much and threatened to call the police on us. I’m frankly surprised we didn’t find bedbugs. Would never stay there again. I recommend you don’t either.

I stayed here for one night. I was looking forward to my stay and use of the spa, however I was greatly disappointed. The spa was not very clean, the changing rooms disgusting with the floor wet and looked like it had not been cleaned for a while. General public has access to pool and spa meaning it is not at all relaxing as it is so busy. The hotel should have specific time slots to accommodate guests and the public. The dinner was not at all appetising. The food I would not even feed my dog. The food was covered in small flies and I felt sick just looking at this. I don’t know how people where eating. I would not recommend unless changes are made. Staff however where lovely and welcoming.

Very dated hotel for the price. Mould in the showers, believe it’s well over priced as it’s near the train station people going to Ukraine etc

Really not worth the money, buffet is a joke! Gives pasta or mashed potatoes. no sauce!! I have ate in better youth hostels.

Totally experience with spa was bad. Overcrowded, need to queue to get to saunas. Swimming pool looks nothing like on pictures need renovation really badly.
