We finally tried this place after wanting to go for a long time, and it did not disappoint! It’s a little gem in downtown Provo. It’s in the old Gandalfo’s in the basement on University, so it’s hard to find for those who don’t know it’s there. We ordered the Mole Poblano and Enchiladas. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I ordered a dozen green chicken tamales. These were the most disgusting food I have ever tasted! Pure garbage. The meat inside was still red. **** meat and no flavor to the green sauce. So disgusting I paid 40 for something i just had to throw away

If you are at the Provo downtown or Convention Center, make time to visit this hidden gem of a Mexican restaurant in the basement of the building on the corner of University Avenue and Center Street. The place is clean, the food is delicious authentic and the family that owns the restaurant is passionate and genuine. We will definitely be go back when we are in the Provo downtown area.

Loved their Mole Enchiladas and tacos. Great environment for a quick lunch.
