I love this red Robin’s, this is the first time I was here in utah and that made the experience so much better! the waitresses are super friendly and only had to wait until they sit for 5 minutes. the decorations are amazing and funny! each where I saw was something new and cool to see. also love the lego burger

Had a very positive experience at this red robin location. We asked for a table for 13 on Saturday at 5.00 P.M. we only had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. Our waitress was young but very attentive to our needs. With such a large table we had lots of orders and requests. Our waitress went above and beyond for us. She managed to take all our orders and drinks with no mistakes. She refilled our waters and sodas/lemonade as soon as we got low. She was kept very busy but managed so well. The food was amazing and the wait time was only about 20 minutes after we ordered. The waitress then split all our bills without any complaints or issues. 10/10 for our server. She made the visit the best experience we could have had on a Saturday night.

We went for lunch today and it was really good. I got the monster burger but swapped out the bun with lettuce wrap and MAN it was REALLY GOOD. I got a Caesar salad for my side and it was good. I did initially underestimate the menu for keto but you can actually swap the bun on any burger which was nice. Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful but also friendly. Food quality was good also so that’s an added plus. Overall a solid place to get lunch and I do recommend it to anyone especially on keto.

We had a nice dinner there. The waitstaff was really good and attentive. They came around a decent amount of times. Filled drinks and fries. Good experience.

We've come to this location several times over the past couple years, and we've had several disappointing experiences... Tonight was the second time in the past few months that the waitress forgot to give us napkins/silverware when she gave us our food. She didn't pass by to check on us so we had to stand up and track her down to ask for some. During our visits, the customer service hasn't been great, mostly due to inattentive waitresses. The food has also been subpar compared to other Red Robin locations. The fries have been hit and miss. The chicken tenders my wife ordered were very overcooked. The burgers have been pretty good. Overall, I'd say the most pressing issue is customer service. The waiters need some better training. More attentive. We love Red Robin franchises and hope this Provo location will improve!
