Pizza Hut - Provo

Very lousy customer experience!!! I order a pizza and chicken alfredo on their online site, get told that my pizza will be delivered by 4:45 that day, then it never gets delivered. I call the location at 5:00 to ask why my pizza wasn't delivered, butthe girl who answered the phone HUNG up on me TWICE in a row, and then when I call a third time, I get a computer voice sayingthat the store is CLOSED, even though the website clearly claims that the location is open for another 3 hours that day. PizzaHut offers NO food even though your credit card will still be charged the full amount, and their thieving employees willinstantly hang up on you when you try calling them to find out why you were charged, but never given any food. This companydeserves to go out of business and no one will ever miss them when they're gone.

No wonder this franchise is trash. Just look at the reviews and decide for yourself. There is a pattern of not only poor quality, but also terrible customer service. Where are you hiring these employees from? Just off the streets w/out training?Franchisee can't care less. Don't go there!

That was the worst experience I ever had with a pizza hut. first we wanted to order an salad and they didn't wear it at this place. then we are told 45 minutes for our order and 1 1/2 hours later I called and they said it was picked up and on the way. the pizza hut was 5 minutes from our hotel and it took another 20 minutes. the pizza was over boiled, no sauce on it and was as thin as paper and tasted like karton. the kesebrot was also boiled and the cheese was brown and crispy. I ordered a 2 liter bottle 7 up and received 2 20oz bottle soda. very unhappy, not to mention the price for this terrible food and service was ridiculous.

Highly suggest ordering from somewhere else. Ordered pizza at 6pm on a Sunday, had a 30 min delivery time. An hour and a half later had to call and see what was going on with the order, didn’t have a delivery drive so didn’t make the pizza. Truly not worth your time to order from a poorly ran store.

The price was almost 50 for two pizzas and never got 'em, and the lady told me my order was canceled even though I didn 't cancel it. This is the second time this has happened. Good thing I was paying with cash other wise they could 've ripped me off big time.
