Mcdonald's - Provo

I always have good experiences at this McDonalds, but this morning was a stand-out so I thought I 'd write a review. We went through the drive through at 10am and it was SUPER busy, but everyone got through quickly (one of the reasons I love this location) and the clerk at the first window was SO nice. She even complimented my son on his eye patch. I usually don 't take him out in public when he has to wear it because I don 't want to deal with awkward questions, but she looked at him waving from the back seat and said, Hi! I LOVE your eye patch! and totally made my day. Thank you for being so friendly and nice especially in the midst of a very busy time.

I got a free birthday cinnamon roll so I was pretty happy about that. Then I bought my son a double burger with cheese and some fries because he's always hungry and it was after high school so he was extra hungry. He enjoyed his food and I enjoyed mine. It was a snack for both us and we went inside. The service was good.

The team at this restaurant is excellent. However, I believe it was slightly better under the previous owner.

The atmosphere is incredibly fast-paced and welcoming. It's clean, and the staff are fantastic!

My son saved for weeks to buy a Talking Tom toy, but when we got there, they were out of stock. He was really disappointed! One of the staff members took the initiative to involve the manager, and together they opened the toy display case to give my son all the toys featured in the advertisement. He was overjoyed! I'm truly impressed by this restaurant and will certainly come back. Your customer service is outstanding!
