Bidra med feedbackPerfection today! I must say I was impressed. I had the Houdiniburger. It was absolutely perfect. The mushroom, cheese and garlick with perfect bread (Bruns). They were very fast and we sat outside and enjoyed the 75-degree weather. What a mouthwater burger. Only if you think you had a very good burger, someone else cooks a better one. Great work Cubbys. Eat here for the first time.
When I try a new restaurant, I always want to try what they are known for. Well, today I got Mr. Beef wet and hot. The size of the roll was somewhat smaller than expected, but overall a large sandwich. Very chaotic and tasteful. Rosmarinfries were delicious and went well with the fry sauce.
A high-quality meal in a hectic and loud plant dominates by a very young amount. We went through the order line unsafe what we wanted, as they went through a menu change and the articles we had specified by the reviews published here were no longer available. The friendly helpful staff answered all our questions and we settled on a Dragonslayer Burger, a sausage sandwich and macaroni and cheese. All three selections exceeded our expectations. The quality beef used in the burger has been well reported with the fresh ingredients. After adding a small hot sauce, the sandwich arranged my bell. The actual star was the Italian sausage sandwich. Delicious sausage served in a fresh bungalow, covered with Giardiniera, and accompanied by one side of the cattle broth used in Chicago beef. My wife dived her sandwich ala au jus. After I heard her moans of pleasure, I had to ask for a taste. She was reluctant. I should have got the sausage. Unlike most afterthought sites served in such establishments, the Mac and the cheese were very good. Bring your earplugs, wear your college clothes and go here...
Found Cubby's Food Truck at Soho Food Park in Halladay last night, so turned around. My burgers- a single 'Drachen-Slayer' was perfect for a wonderful day. Regrettably that Sugarhouse is also open!
Tri-tip sandwich is fantastic. I added the blue cheese to make it even better. We are also huge fans of the buffalo fries. The tri-tip salad is also good. As one who grew up in Chicago, though, I'm a little disappointed by the Italian beef which is a Chicago original and staple. The beef was ok, but the giardinaire is blah.
