I have eaten in this restaurant many times over the years, but since covid hit, I am amazingly disappointed about the communication with this restaurant for reservations. her web address [email protected] seems to go into a black hole. I never hear from the restaurant again when I use this email address. voice mail is also a problem. I made a reservation a few months ago for a weekend. I left my handy number for the restaurant to ask me to confirm my reservation. I received no call and when I went to the restaurant in the night of my intended reservation, I was told that they were full and that they called me back and the person at the reception that they were full. have they ever given to confirm that they spoke to me or that they had the right number? apparently not. well, some months later, I contact the restaurant for another reservation. I am not able to reach someone on their reservation line, but I leave them a message for a certain time (7 pm) and a date. I receive callback message and the replier says that another time (6:30 o'clock) I had not chosen was not available and they would insert me at another time (6 pm). seriously. customer service skills are missing. I think the marijuana donors have a deep and inappropriate influence.

Last here about 5 years ago and it wasn't so great. decided to give him another shot and so glad we did. a reservation for Saturday night at 17:30 o'clock. the restaurant was full at the arrival and we were sitting fast. followed by water, warm brot and a bottle of wine. my partner had a fantastic fish dish and I, full of habit, had the puttanesca. from service to eating it was fantastic. the ambiente, the st setting and lighting of the entire part c

What can I say? We were at Ciro's Sal once again, but this time our experience was not good. We ordered the Caesar salad, veal parmesan, and a pasta dish. The only thing that was decent was the pasta aglio e olio. The rest was disappointing. We ate the salads without complaint, but when the veal dish arrived and was not up to par, we notified Topher who took it back and promised to make a new one. The waitress returned and informed us that they would not remove it from the bill, but if we wanted to order a new dish, they would do so and still comp us. Not only was the food unsatisfactory, but the service was lacking as well. Topher never came back to our table. We won't be returning. There are much better dining options in Ptown.

Amazing dinner! the service was very good and eating. it offered gluten-free pasta for a supercharge that was excellently cooked. the appetizers were the best part of the meal! the dessert was just ok, the cheesecake was ice cold. we just prefer room temperature. overall, excellent dinner and ambiente.

Incredible! What a great meal! Everything was perfect including our servers Topher and Sabrina. Had a nice cozy table by the fireplace. Dinner was phenomenal! Husband had veal Milanese, I had gluten free shrimp scampi. Everything was excellent! Can’t wait to return in the summertime to sit outside in their beautiful courtyard!
