Uno Pizzeria - Providence

I visited this restaurant last year in November. It was really good. This year I went on October 3rd and it was terrible. I got a Caesar salad.,the leaves were brown and old. It tasted old. Luckily they took it off my tab. The pizza tasted stale? It was just disappointing. At least my drinks were good. I don’t think I’ll be going back. Stick to the frozen uno pizza you can cook at home.

Cookie dough used for the pizza. I have never written a review and don't complain hardly ever. But this was a combination of low grade service. The bartender didn't give me back all my change, I was embarrassed to say anything. Also, that was the crummiest pizza I have eaten in my entire life. Seriously crummy, not edible. They should be ashamed. I think a kindergartner cooked it with cookie dough, because the lowest quality pizza dough tastes better than that.

I haven't been here in a while but the waitresses were giving looks infront of people like they had something to say . They also kept walking by without helping us when waiting on them. The food wasn't the best I honestly wish I didn't go here . The pizza dough tasted weird like it wasn't made right. My children didn't like it here they felt uncomfortable with the employees who work here .

VERY BAD SERVICE! A bunch of kids working that do not know the meaning of customer service. We had ordered 2 pizzas and 3 salads. We got 2 pizzas and 2 salads so we were missing one salad. I called the place and said we were missing one salad. They said they would make a new one but would not re-deliver the food even though they had messed up the order. The person on the phone said the salad would be on the house even though we had already paid for the food. I had to go and pick up the food and it was not ready when I got there (15 min after I had called them and told them to fix their mistake). Then they proceeded to tell me the “on the house” comment can’t be accommodated because there was no one there to do so. When I opened the salad and looked it over, the tomatoes were in bad shape and the condition of the salad was not pleasant. Clearly rushed being made. This was a very bad experience for me and my family and would not go here again. If you do choose to go here, I would recommend to do pickup yourself so you can make sure they do not mess up your order.

Food was great, but they charged us double for it. We realised when we had already left Providence. If they could refund us, that would be great!
