Og chicken is good, service could be definitiw better and if u to foot in and to see boxing in the dining room stacked high to 2 to 3 levels it is not professional.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The manager's attitude was absolutely disgusting, yelling and swearing at a customer who came to pick up a grubhub order. I also had to wait approx. 40 minutes for my food which is insane for a 5 piece tender meal and mashed potatoes and my tenders weren’t even cooked all the way. Very unprofessional.

I ordered an original non spicy fish sandwich and mac and cheese when I came home I got the spicy fish sandwich and mashed potatoes and I only live right around the corner from the Popeye's on Smith Street in Providence I went in because they got my order completely wrong they gave me the spicy fish sandwich and mashed potatoes and gravy oh, I spoke to the assistant manager who is on the counter told me that they don't carry non spicy fish sandwiches and she gave me quite an attitude she's a little short black girl and she had a manager shirt on give me attitude because her staff messed up my order and then she lied to me and told me that they don't have non spicy fish sandwiches I am going to contact corporate because the way that I was treated when I went back to return the food that I didn't order with my receipt and the attitude I received when I went there as a customer was intolerable I have been working for customer service for 25-30 years never would I ever treat my guests the way I was treated today at the Popeye's on Smith Street in Providence

We tried the Smith Street location for the first time. Plenty of parking, clean dining area. Clean neat behind the counter, too. For some reason, they have had to cordon off a portion of their dining room to store boxes. Maybe not enough space out back?We arrived around 3pm and they were steady busy. Still, they managed to get everybody in out in record time! Crazy Quick, Accurate Service. The manager jumped on register and she was very friendly and helpful. The crew people were smiling and cheerful.Our food was Hot, Correct and Delicious!Also, the prices were Very Reasonable.Much lower than the Turnpike or Truck Stop.*The only tough thing, about this location, is trying to leave. Streets are old narrow and traffic is heavy.Without a doubt, this was our Best Popeye's Experience Ever.

Unfortunately this is a sad excuse for a Popeyes I understand there’s a lot of young kids working and they work hard and I appreciate that but the manager with the blonde hair and tattoo on her forearm is incredibly rude and ignorant and shouldn’t be working with the public as long as she’s the face of this restaurant i would prefer eating from a dumpster and I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way because she certainly can’t be good for business and I’m referring to the Popeyes on smith st in providence and according to quite a few other reviews I’m definitely not the only one who feels this way this store is not worthy of the Popeyes franchise name and it’s also almost always filthy inside
