Bidra med feedbackWrote a lengthy message to Wingstop custom support but I can’t believe I placed and only order and had to wait 30 min for it very disappointed ?lack of leadership I understand for a order placed in person but a Mobil order I can’t believe it and I mean 30 min wait at the restaurant not including the drive to get their will not be returning and not recommend
Food was Great! I believe it's under new management. Which is a great thing for prosper residents. I had no issues. And their new staff was very polite and took time with my complicated order. I am very specific with my meals when I dine in, so they was extremely patient, polite and understanding. Great job yall! Restaurant was extremely clean. That's what I liked about it the most.Kid-friendliness: Where extremely nice with my children.
Absolutely terrible, got food poisoning from the ranch, cashier didn’t know what he was doing, I paid partially in cash and rest on card, my total was 30 so I paid 20 in cash and what I thought was 10 on card and I checked my bank the next day and they charged all 30 on my card. They took $50, this is not okay
For my son's bday they brought him out a cake on plate with his candles and sang happy birthday not planned and to top it off they all pitched in and gave him some money. Best group of people very nice. My son was very greatly appreciated made his night. Thank u guys that was very very thoughtful bday never forgotten
4/29/2023Lillia (sp? was extremely rude. I ordered food for pick up. I normally don't check my orders but I did today as the gentlemen in front of me started unboxing everything to check it.So I checked, sure enough they gave me cheese fries. I ordered cheese on the side. There are clearly 2 buttons when ordering your fries. They even gave me the cheese on the side. We had 3 orders. 2 came with fries. I ordered them the same way. 1 came with regular fries and the other came with cheese soaked fries. My order form confirms my decision.I told them that I did not order it that way. She showed me some print out for the cook. I asked her to look at my order on my phone. I asked her to show me where I ordered that. She looked at it and then refused and just showed me the print out.I don't care if the print out is wrong. My order on my phone clearly showed I didn't order that. I then asked her to just make it right and get me an order of fries. Lillia told me that she didn't have to deal with rude customers.I wasn't rude. I just asked her to make it right. She refused.
