Olive Garden Italian - Prosper

Did not have a good experience with the Prosper location. Food quality wasn't great. Salad was rotten, pasta sauce was curdled. Service was ok but they seated us next to the check in desk and all of the employees were hanging around chit chatting as they started their shift. Would not go back to this location.

Depending on where you sit this can be a stressful stop. We ate here two weeks in a row and were sat next to the kitchen/bathroom/Togo station and it was a lot to deal with especially having kiddos with us. The second time we were set farther from that spot and it changed everything.Service was better and it was more laid back of an experience. Food is on point with the brand which is what has us coming back often.

I've placed a catering order for my daughter's sweet 16 Bday and I was about to go to the restaurant to pick up the food. Then I got the call just 20 mins before the food pick up time and telling me that they lost power and so are cancelling my order, leaving all my plans to the ditch. I understand that the stuff happens, but was very mad that they telling me just 20min before the food pick up time. I will never place another catering order for these guys.Thanks,Sree.

Pleasant service, not in a rush but a casual slow paced lunch without my kiddos was nice.2 bowls of Soup (chicken and gnocchi) one bowl was hardly warm but the other was great temp.Chicken parm was delish!Manager passed by twice to verify things were great (and they were)

This place is clean, super friendly, the Manager is welcoming and kind. He takes his round around to make sure all the customers are enjoying their meals. All waiters have beautiful customer service.. i can't say enough about this place!
