Greek Pastries & Delicacies Cafe

This quaint café located on Prospect Road, known as the 'café strip', may not catch your eye from the street, but you can spot it by the few tables set outside. Specializing in Greek cakes and snacks like Baklava, Galaktobouriko, and Spanakopita, they also serve excellent coffee (coming from a self-proclaimed caffeine addict!). The interior is nicely decorated, reminding me of the Greek Islands. The barista was friendly, made a delicious coffee, and even brought us a bottle of chilled water without us needing to ask. Their cakes are delicious and available for takeout. It's a hidden gem that deserves more attention, so hopefully this review will encourage more people to give it a try!

This little café in the 'café strip' on Prospect Road (almost opposite Cibo) is not immediately obvious from the street, but is recognisable as an eatery by the couple of small tables set outside. As the name suggests, they sell Greek cakes and snacks, such as Baklava, Galaktobouriko, Spanakopita,, etc. and do very good coffee (I'm a caffeine addict and fussy about my coffee, so this is a definite recommendation!). Nice décor inside (makes me think of being back in the Greek Islands - all that's missing is the sea!). The barrista who served us was very nice, made a great coffee and brought us a bottle of chilled water without being asked. Their cakes are yummy (and available to take away) - and I'm surprised that I haven't seen more people in there; hopefully this review will jog a few people to look harder for a new place to try!

Fter skimming through the menu online, I decided to give it a try. I was impressed with the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff as soon as I walked in. I ordered a latte and the avocado toast, which was absolutely delicious. The coffee was perfectly brewed and helped kickstart my day. I highly recommend Penny University for anyone looking for a great breakfast spot in the area.

This Union Street cafe, situated in the vibrant East End neighborhood between Grenfell Street and ..., is simply delightful! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Highly recommend checking it out!
