Great view of the river, food was ok. Had the grilled shrimp, a bit overcooked. The katsudon was just ok. Funny that there's a Japanese restaurant in this (seemingly) random city in Burma, I bet the story is interesting.

Nice location. 7 of us went to this restraurant on Monday night, ordered 8 dishes, after long waitting we've got only 2 dishes ready. Food taste is not quite like Japanese food.
