Sinfonia Dei Sapori - Priocca

Nothing extremely special, but a very good place to eat if in the area, local menu certainly was worth it...I spent approx €25, 3 courses incl water (was driving no wine! a great espresso coffee!

We stumbled upon Sinfonia dei Sapori in the 2nd week of October after another restaurant we had been told about was closed and we turned left instead of right at the next crossroad and voila, there it was! Great chef, great floorstaff, great local wine and brilliant food! Priocca is a tiny place but Sinfonia is a giant of local ingredients and love of cooking: the menu choice is exceptional and the explanation of the options was superb, thanks to everyone at the Sinfonia and we will see you again!

One of the best restaurants we have vistied in this area with best value for money. If you like truffles youmust order at least one dish with truffles on top. The cuisine is simple but extremly tastywith good presentation. You can tell that it is a newly run resturant by the simplicity and the small service mistakes , but due to their warmness and kindness this is perceived just as part of a learning curve and the food makes it up for all. A must try if you find yourself in the area.

Anno nuovo Eva alla sinfonia dei sapori: già dal centro di accoglienza ci siamo resi conto che sarebbe stata una grande cena, in realtà confermata tale, portata dopo corso! non solo buon cibo, ma personale molto gentile, e cucinare sempre a disposizione per spiegare ogni portata. davvero una piacevole sorpresa e per questo posso solo raccomandarlo! stelle meritate!
