Starbucks - Prineville

My wife and I were looking forward to an iced coffee after a long hot drive. We arrived at this Starbucks at 3:50 pm. The store was closed. They stated closing time was 4:00. The drive-through was open, but we were pulling a trailer and could not use the drive-through. I knocked in hopes that one of the many employees inside would take pity on me, but all I got was shrugs. This is not the customer focused Starbucks that I'm used to.

A couple of hot chai teas and brown sugar, fruit and nut oatmeal. When I pulled up I almost thought they were closed at 530am. Although it looked closed inside, they were open.

You can get food and coffee beverages here. Try a breakfast sandwich or an upside-down caramel macchiato. The double smoked breakfast sandwich is great, too. Use the app for rewards and discounts.Parking: Typically a lot of spots to choose from. Gets busy during breakfast and lunch.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair parking outside the front door. An ADA ramp is present. The front door is not automatic.

The manager of this store went above and beyond, making our visit a wonderful experience!!

Same starbucks as everywhere else. You know what you're getting no matter where you are.There's usually a pretty long line, though. Especially during the school week.
