Pizza Hut - Prineville

Pizza was Luke warm and sausage was missing off my pizza. Not to mention that it took an hour when I ordered at 2pm?.. Just terrible all the way around. Sad lookin pizzas for the price.

Great pizza. The people at work were nice and friendly. You don't see that much anymore.

The pizza is consistently mediocre buuuut they fed a lot of folks in a short amount of time and that made hungry grumpy people just grumpy after but thank you because they were gettin ornery.

The carry out special is 2 med 1 topping pizzas for $6.99 each... I only ordered one.. Which they charged me $15.00 for. NOT ONE MENTION OF THE SPECIAL... NOT NICE... and the crust dough tasted OLD

3 times in a row we have had terrible, horrible and very unprofessional customer service. 1: We we're told drivers didn't carry cash for change, (understand I was a repeat customer). I believe it was because it was 20 minutes before closing time was thereal reason 2: After placing an order online, calling to confirm order the still made mistake on the toppings. 3: Today, I washung up on, called back and was put on hold in the middle of my oreder without anyone to finish my order, then called back andstayed on hold almost 10 minutes before I hung up and called Dominos. The Trifecta of poor management, customer service, andunprofessionalism. (Not ever ordering from the Prineville Pizza Hut again!!!
