Domino's Pizza - PRINCETON JUNCTION

Good pizza, but the service is missing. Last time I came here, they delayed my pizza delivery for 2 hours.

Very clean store and very friendly staff! Always takes care of customers instead of rushing the order. Also have crushed pepper packets in stock compared to majority of locations that do not. Keep up the good work!

Service seems to be more professional than other Domino's pizza outlets

I waited half an hour for my pizza, and according to the Domino Tracker, my order took over 60 minutes to be delivered, which was 40 minutes past the estimated delivery time. When the pizza finally arrived, everything was cold, and one of the pizzas didn't have a single drop of pizza Marinara sauce on it. I had requested seasoned tomato sauce and garlic Parmesan crust, but instead, they skipped the crust seasonings and used garlic Parmesan sauce instead of tomato sauce. It was disgusting! One of the pizzas was completely inedible. When I called to address the issue, the staff member was rude and only offered me a credit instead of a refund. The problem is that I have no intention of using that credit since I wouldn’t want to eat at Domino's again after this experience. Even the delivery driver commented on the disorganization at Domino's that night, mentioning that he had been assigned too many deliveries at once. I truly feel bad for him.
