The Solomon Room at The Chauncey Conference Center

A very nice surprise on the ETS campus. We had a manageable selection on the buffet and pasta table and the quality was on point. The Soloman Room is open, sunny and our server and buffet staff made us feel relaxed. I'll go again.

Top shelf, nothing is even close. a must dine, outstanding service. try it you'll be back as I will.

The staff is wonderful in the Solomon Dining Room at the Chauncey Conference Center as they are very attentive to your time and any special food requirements. The lunch is a buffet and there are always many selections to choose from. While seats are limited, they offer a $10 lunch buffet, but you must make a reservation with Open Table.

Great value, although somewhat disappointed with the Friday menu choice not including their normal haddock or Pollack fish dishes. Good salad items, decent appetizers and entrée options, and limited dessert choices. Overall a solid 4 rating.

My colleague and I enjoyed lunch in a quiet, calm atmosphere. The salad bar featured fresh ingredients. The buffet choices were sufficient, and having soup was a plus. The table service was excellent.
