While paying for my order with a debit card,the young man kept sweeping my card several times very fa s t ,locking my card, then telling me my c a rd was no good! Have been at the drive thru window to pick up food for 25 minutes. They of course don't care about anything except their phones. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was really disappointed with my meal. The fries were cold and stale, and the chicken patty tasted old. For a price range of $10–20 per person, I expected much better. The food quality was a 1, the service a 2, and the atmosphere also a 2. I would only recommend the sandwiches and fries, but even those were a letdown.

I waited 15 minutes for my order, only to get home with a BLT that shouldn’t have left the kitchen. The cheese sticks were burnt, and the gator tots were stale. It’s disappointing to spend nearly $20 and end up with such bad food. The BLT had only one and a half pieces of bacon on it!
