Sandy's Pizza - Princeton

I enjoy the quality of Sandy’s pizza. We live about 15 miles south by the airport and when you have a good food we don’t mind going the extra mile. All it takes is one person to ruin it! Dylan C. was the cashier/server these last two experiences. Without wearing gloves and handling peoples money and debit cards, to see him go back and horse around with a guy cutting the pizza and grabbing a big handful of pepperoncinies and throwing them in my box. I gave it one more chance today and again I watched Dylan handling a number of peoples money and debit cards. Then he went back and grabbed my box and placed his hand down the inside middle of the box flat. Why? It’s difficult to find a good place to go out to eat at the place that’s clean and people are sanitary.

This the worst place I can find to order a pizza from. My son ordered us a large pepperoni pizza for delivery today July 5,2022. He was told at 4pm that it would take an hour to deliver. After waiting 2 1/2 hours the pizza was not here. So he called about it at 7 pm he called about it. They said it would arrive by 7:30 . When once again it did not. The $25 large pizza arrived at 8:45 cold and gross. Thanks for the rip off Sandy's pizza.

Unfortunate that this place has to close when there is absolute potential, I'm 31 years old and struggling to make ends meet with the high prices, so if you'd put out a blanket message hiring individuals that are serious than people would be there in a snap, in the past the only thing that kept me away was the unprofessional employees that tried to get away with anything because there wasn't a responsible adult present.The last straw for me was when I came in to pick up my pizza and the person at the check out counter was the person that bullied me in high school, it has been many years, but the pizza he handed me had so many holes in it like he pressed his fingers into it, my pizza was replaced and he was dealt with, but it was a sour enough experience to keep me away.

Tried to have a pizza delivered. They said sorry we don’t do deliveries anymore. They’re a joke. The one in Fort Branch is better.

Worst customer service ever! We hadn’t been here in awhile, but it had always been good in the past and we were in the area so decided to stop in again. BIG MISTAKE! A boy server took our order, you get your own drinks here so we proceeded to get our drinks while waiting for our pizza to come out. The tea dispenser would only give you mainly water and the soda machine gave you mostly carbonated water. We waited longer than usual for our pizza to come out, it needed to be cooked a little longer and was not the quality pizza that we were used to from Sandy’s in past experiences. We never saw our server again, other than him taking orders from other tables. We waited for him to come back to check on us but he NEVER DID. We had to go to the front counter and ask for a box, then waited some more, still none came, so we finally went back up to the front counter to ask for our bill and pay. The boy running the register acted like it was literally killing him to find out check and ring us up. There were five people in plain site when we come to the counter to ask to pay. Not one person said sorry, thank you come again, nothing! My husband gave them a lesser tip than he normally would have, which is more than they deserved. We wont be back! Guess Turonis in Evansville will be our pizza go to place from now on.
