Bidra med feedbackWhen they were open, the food was good. However, they are no longer in business. I have been calling and I submitted a request for them to update their operating hours on their website. I received no reply, yet it looks like they do respond to reviews. I drove there, and they are closed down. I am sure many drive there to dine in or order out and they are wasting a lot of customers time.
My wife found a nasty flying black bug in her oxtails and rice meal.... It was laying eggs in the food.. We will cook our own Caribbean food for now on at home
The wait for the food was pretty long, but my veggie rasta pasta was delicious! Some kind of spicy orange colored sauce, veggies, and it came with a couple of fried plantains, which were also really good if I had room for dessert I would've just gotten more of those. The restaurant looks nice and relatively fancy, the server was polite, everything was good except for the wait. I'll definitely come again when I'm in less of a hurry.
Loved everything about this place! The atmosphere was great. The chef came out to chat with us!!! The pepper shrimp was AMAZING! Spicier than I expected but that was just my inexperience with this type of food I'm sure! Had it with rice and it was perfect! My daughter had the j chicken and all that was left on her plate was bones! We will be back for sure! The friendly staff was great! Another great find in Princeton!!!!!
This restaurant clearly thinks that they are serving people who are unfamiliar with Jamaican food. We ordered curry goat and received curry chicken that had been chopped up as to mimic goat. Goat is a more expensive protein. The flavor is much different, but the cost and flavor wasn't the real issue. Chicken bones are dangerous when they have been chopped up and broken. Goat bones are not. They might as well have served us a plate of curried glass shards. Besides that, three of our sides are missing and I'm frankly surprised that plain white rice was served instead of rice and peas. Also, overboiled frozen vegetables are not a salad. Don't eat here.
