What was supposed to be a joyous holiday celebration ended up being quite the disappointment on Saturday evening. The service was terrible as staff was condescending and acted like we were a bother. The non-verbal cues were absolutely horrible to include eye rolling and scoffing. The owner’s daughter was rude; started out serving the group but showed favoritism, only helping when she felt like it. Straws were handled with bare bards and placed on tabletop surfaces. The group asked for napkins several times once again to be ignored and when they were given to us, only 2-3 were provided…FOR WINGS. My complaints were verbalized but staff was once again not receptive. This was a huge waste of hard earned money. No attempt made to provide a remedy for our poor experience. No appearance made by the owner or expression of gratitude despite having a large group. I will not be returning!

Overpriced and underwhelming food. I've been 2 times now when traveling through and the area and have been disappointed each time.

Had the crabby fries and the cheese was hard on top of the crab dip on top of the fries. Greasy fries

What great hidden gem. Beautiful spot to grab some wings, a drink or a business lunch.

When you're at a place that calls itself a Wing Shack, you'd expect that the wings would be good, right? These wings aren't just good, they are AHHHMAZING!! I have never seen wings this big or meaty. The hand breading was so perfect you wouldn't even need a sauce, but the Garlic Parmesan and the Sweet Hot Chili were fantastic. They have plenty of other things on the menu and our group had tried many different things but the wings certainly stole the show! Try them, you won't regret it! I also had a few Orange Crushes too and they were awesome! I already can't wait to go back!
