Outback Steakhouse In Pr

I ordered French onion soup and chicken on the barbie with Fries and a long island ice tea. Terribly disappointed! Soup was too salty, chicken portion was very small, fries were soggy and cold and the drink was watered down. To be honest, I have never enjoyed a meal at Outback!

Miles was wonderful waiter. May sure we were taken care for and made sure our drinks were always full. Thank you the great service Miles.

Our server Larenz from the first time he greeted us at our table for me and my mom his smile, professionalism, knowledge of being a certified trainer shows as he explained the menu to detailed, drinks, appetizers as well reccomend us options on the menus as well. Larenz made sure we had fresh bread, our drinks were filled without asking which we're refilled automatically, our appetizer blooming onion came out first and then out salad and then our steaks came perfectly timing everything! Our steaks were cooked to perfection! Larenz is an amazing man, love his spirit as well really enjoyed our experience at this outback tonight because of Larenz! Thank You so much for Larenz for making our Outback experience Amazing as well customer service 100% as you truly are a leader as hardworking does pay off! Outback needs to keep him for a long time as he is a huge asset to Outback Steakhouse!!! We definitely will be coming g back because of the service we got from. Larenz as I want to see him achieve his goal of getting 30 pins on his shirt!!! Amazing service, polite, courteous, down to earth, making sure we were taking care of 100% was truly refreshing that a server actually cared about us as a customer which spoke volumes to.me as business owner myself!! Had a really great experience here recently after some not so pleasant visits. Jess W turned it all around for us, she was so friendly, attentive, and just a really great waitress. We will be back soon and will ask for her by name next time!

The food was good, pasta didn’t have much seafood, but we keep coming back because our server (Renz) is super professional and nice.
