Kfc - Prince Frederick

Came here 2 nights in a row after work. Both times nobody was at the drive-thru so I checked the door and they were inside, but door was locked and they stood and stared at me. This was 2 hours before closing time on Saturday and 1 hour before closing time on Friday

We went for lunch and the service was good the workers were nice and the food was hot and fresh!

Our order was placed via Doordash therefore I am unable to rate the atmosphere, however after having an unfortunate experience last week, our experience this week with our order was beyond excellent both the food, and the service provided by staff, and manager, Tish. The food was excellent as was the accuracy of the order!! I highly recommend ordering from this KFC!!!

Not surprised to see these low reviews. I ordered a $80 order ahead of time on the app. Also had to wait well past the time they said it would be ready. Was also missing allMy sauces, plates, biscuits,ect. Went to the app to putIn comment and they asked if I wanted to be contacted. I still have never heard from anyone. Customer service is obviously as important to them as their quality and speed. I like the Col but they lost my business. I can get chicken anywhere by someone who cares.

We went through the drive thru and were told to park and wait for our food. It was supposed to take 5 mins. After waiting 20 mins my 12 year old went in to inquire. At the 30 minute mark, my husband went in to inquire and they said they were making it, but it took another 10 minutes! The restaurant was clean, but there was a customer inside farting and laughing. The food was disappointing and the new pizza chicken looked nothing like advertised.
