Staff is terrible honestly, getting rushed to make my sub, I placed an online order today after 4months only , even earlier also, they disappointed me too with their terrible services in making my sub , and even today I ordered my 6” Teriyaki Sub online which I wanted toasted and grilled and I was given a poor quality sub instead and staff was argumentative with me about it she told me that you have added a lot of vegetables so we can’t make it the way you wanted so Customer service is totally ridiculous, even I was an ex employee of subway so I know how the staff tried to make a fool of me , honestly , this staff has to be fired , they are just ruining the brand name which is customer service and loyalty
Never seems to be busy, quick, and I personally like the sandwiches.As a bonus, on the way out, I can grab a coffee from Tim's, which is in the same building.
Service is terrible, getting rushed to make my sub. I wanted it toasted without anything on it and the woman made a fuss and gave attitude. Customer service is garbage. I usually give a tip but the customer service is what’s earns you that tip. Shouldn’t be rude for nothing it’s your job.
