Pizza Hut Leamington - Prince Albert

The man who answered the call was very rude. I had a hard time understanding his accent and he was getting mad because I had to ask if he could repeat what was said, also he kept interrupting during any sentence I tried to speak, I will not order again from there. EVER

I ordered online for delivery and they didn?t show. They called asking if I was coming to pick it up and I told them it was delivery and even stated on my verification. He then stated she was on her way and didn?t show up. I called again and he explained that she did come to my place and nobody was here, which was a lie. It was almost an hour and a half and I cancelled my order after they explain I would not be getting any kind of discount for the inconvenience. I would ofbeen happy with $5 off! This frequent customer to Pizza Hut will absolutely not go back!

Ordered take out 40 mins before closing time. The lady on the phone said it would take 15 minutes, and after arriving and waiting 30 minutes later, there was no order to be found. The man working said he thought my order was with another order and my food was given to someone else and there was no time left to make more. Now I'm sitting here starving and soo disappointed. No effort was made to make up for the mistake (coupons, discounts etc. Not very professional! ? ?

I ordered online and paid online, the total including tip was $11.49 confirmed by email. It was a pick up order and when my hubby brought it home the receipt said I had paid $25.91!? They weren’t going to give him the receipt but he said he wanted it otherwise we wouldn’t have known. I called them and they said nothing could be done? I argued with him I had the proof in my email and on the receipt) he finally agreed to give us our money back but only after I told him that I had already contacted a manager out of province true). But we have to make a special trip there tomorrow to get our money back. ASK for your receipt and or DO NOT order from this store. They didn’t ever explain how this could happen. Just denied over and over.

They just make up pricing. Signs with menu items, show no pricing. They do this to take advantage of peaple.Same pizza can be 7$ all the way to 23$Basically a scam
