Cafe Heider - Prien am Chiemsee

On the return journey from Salzburg to our homeland we arrived in Prien by chance. When we strolled through the Christmas market, we came to the Cafe Haider. The cakes were good. The order came relatively quickly through a friendly service. We did not find the concept of cafe to a food industry so well. The homey coffee mood suffers a bit. Nevertheless, we drove back very happy.

After arriving in Prien we are quickly to Café Heider and have bought a way to eat. Because it was quite delicious, we're back to the café at noon to eat a lunch snack. The son ordered two cookies at the cake counter. I'm a latte macchiato after a walk to the toilet. My wife came later and we both wanted to order food. I thought table 11 was very central between cake counter and kitchen and it would work quickly. Well missed. The lady in the white blouse gave me on my handpiece quite rough to understand that we do not fall within her area of competence. The lady in the yellow blouse resembled a phantom and was not to get. On my wife's intervention at the cake counter, the lady was asked to come to us in yellow loudly. In passing, the drinks order was picked up, for the food order I was too slow or the yellow lady too fast ... Probably she wore the yellow jersey right. For us reason enough to cancel the drinks order, to pay the cookies from the son and my coffee latte and to search for the breadth. Conclusion: the products rather delicious, the service under all cannon. If you have too little staff, you have to block parts of the cafe so that two forces in the service can serve customers

Located directly on the Prien church. Very good cafe with a rich selection of cakes, finest chocolates and bakery. Delicious hot meals, bread times, as well as ice specialities, cold and hot drinks are also offered. Friendly and accommodating service in a cozy ambience. Only recommended! Always like...

Food was good. In the cafe, unfortunately, it smells like cold cigarette smoke and the price for food is more than initially indicated both for me a no go

Unfortunately, the operation, on the market day, was totally overwhelmed We had long waited to give an order at all, although not all tables were occupied. My wife got her saucer clean, though her cup was still half full. The pipe noodle was delicious, even though only half a plumb was in it. The sausages and ridges were ok The café has probably seen better times.
