The Great Eccleston Fish - Preston

Always very good, the fish is so fresh, not the cheapest chippy but the best. The staff are really friendly.

The homemade puddings are totally delicious, the fish is excellent, really good crispy batter. And the chips are spot in. The cafe is so cosy and the service is quick and efficient and the girls are very friendly. Take out or eat in, it’s very, very good.

A party member ordered a steak pudding only to be told they’d sold out so they ordered chicken nuggets, they didn’t have any! When asked if I wanted sauce I asked for brown to be told once again they didn’t have any!! When the meal came the peas were cold!

What a great welcoming chippy and great fish .you must try the curry sauce the best I have ever had . We live in Blackpool and went to this chippy on a recommendation well worth the drive . We will return.

Used to live visiting here but I won’t be going again after last night visit !! I know prices have gone up but not by the increase they have implemented! 2 small fish and chips 2 peas 2 cokes 2 bread and butter £30 !!!!! No wonder we were the only ones in there !! They’ve even stopped doing the fish specials ! For why it cost I could have gone to a restaurant!! Let me know when your prices are more realistic
